Netware 5.1 licensing problem

Hello,

We have just installed 2 netware 5.1 sp6 servers on a separate tree from all other systems. We have 2 server plus 5 licenses and one 50 user license.
Currently each server is assigned a server license and the 50 user license is installed at the top of the tree.
Unfortunetly one of the servers refuses to make use of the 50 user license and denies drive mapping after 5 users have logged in. While the other server happily logs users and maps drives without a problem. I have tried everything. Reinstalling the licenses and whatnot, but it refuses to let the users share. The odd thing is after five users are logged in they appear to make use of the fifty licenses correctly as our license report shows users logged in and shows no overage at all.
Any ideas? Everything is updated to most recent releases from novell.
Thanks

Where did you install the license from? The server that is working?
Try adding the 50 user license to the other server, also how are you replicating is NDS working correctly?

Almost forgot have you run a DSREPAIR?
Run an adavnced DS REPAIR and turn off "validate mail streams..".

Yeah I have run ds repair several times. All the servers are replicating just fine as all data is synched.
I removed the 50 user license from the one server and installed to the other, at that point one started to work and the other stopped.

I'll try out tek tips and see what they have to offer.

Could this possibly be caused by a timesync issue? I have all servers syncing with gov time server, should they get time from each other?
