Click help on IE then Netscape users.

I'm not sure about the address book and the e-mail.
 
Get this, I search Netscape help files. It says to open the address book. Select the one you need to back up and go to file>export. Funny, there is no export under the file menu.

Geez this program sucks!

As for the e-mail, I don't think it can be exported.
