Netscape/thunderbird problem

Last night my email was working fine, but when I opened it this morining it comes up with the error "this folder is being processed. please wait until processing is complete to get messages" I used google and found a sites saying to delete the .msf files in the mail folder and i did that but is still has the same error

Any ideas on how to fix this. Thanks

It happens in both netscape email and thunderbird and outlook doesnt work
