Netscape 6.2 - Opening Mail attachments

How do I setup my netscape mail to use the same 'open with' settings for different file types as windows?
For example, I want to open pictures I receive as attachments in email ( .jpg files ) with Paint shop pro,
not in a netscape browser window.
Also, I turned off the 'ask me everytime' option and now netscape tries to open .jpg files with mplayer,
which crashs.
How can I get it to ask me again so I can change it to something that works?
