Netopia R7100-C, need help!

Where can I get the configuration software for this router? I'm supposed to go configure this piece of sh1t for a customer this morning and of course they do not have the software, and the netopia website is completly worthless.
 
The netopia routers are actually very easy to configure. You have to either use the console cable or telnet into the router to access the configuration menu.

If no one has the username/password combo you'll have to stick a paper clip in the slot on bottom of the router to reset to factory defaults. Then you can telnet into 192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0 without a username and password.
