Question Netgear ReadyNAS Duo LED constant pulse.

I know this is an old piece of kit.
I bought it off Fleabay hoping it would be plug and play.
naah!

I put 2x 2TB drives in.
I formatted them to Ext 3 beforehand.
The fan is loud and the power LED continuously pulses on and off.
RAIDar can't see the ReadyNAS at all.

Linux Ubuntu 24.04
Newbie on NAS stuff.
