I've been a Netflix customer for almost two years. sometimes I get a broken or unplayable disk. Report it right away and they send you a replacement. No major problems tho. I WILL say watch out for your neighbors stealing your returns from your mailbox. Mine weren't making it back for a month and they locked my account. I still haven't figured out WHICH neighbor it was...
