Netflix instant watch off my bluray player is an awesome feature and I use it all the time. now could you imagine how much business netflix would have if they had porn available for instant watch? screw that $8.99 PPV per movie that directv offers, that adds up fast.

Yep. And all those films will show up in the 'Recently viewed' section as well. Right when you're sitting with your in-laws and fire up the Roku.

Then they would fill 80% of peak usage bandwidth in the US, rather than the 20% they currently fill.
 
Netflix would crash, ATOTers would lose their jobs because they wouldn't leave the house, hospitals would be overrun by chaffing injuries----it would cause the end of the world as we know it.

This is why they don't do it.
