Another vote for Netflix, they rock.

One time a DVD never arrived.......only had two going back and forth, so I contacted them and told them that one never arrived, they said cool just send it back with another DVD if I ever find it! No penalties.

Very cool.

Netflix is great. My only complaint is that when a DVD got crushed in the mail, and I sent it back with a request for a fresh copy, they ignored the request. No penalty, though. 🙂
