I was actively watching a show at the time Netflix's service disconnected but I did not receive an email concerning a refund. Although I did go outside for a walk during that time so maybe I should thank them for their outage.

I had an issue where I was trying to watch a movie, and it kept pausing and changing the quality last week. But, no total outage. (gave up and watched the movie another day, with no issues, have not had issues streaming before or after that point.)

I am going to save my 34 cents. 2 more outages and I can buy something at the dollar store!
