NetBIOS error 0?

OK, I realize I lack details for this stuff, but my friend asked me to post this, and he didnt tell me alot of details. This is over my college Ethernet network. He is trying to access a folder on our network. He is getting the error message "NetBIOS error 0". Any ideas what that is?
 
I think that stands for "NB_COMMAND_SUCCESSFUL".. He probably doesn't have enough priviledges to get into that folder..
