I'm looking into opening an checking account with them to make more interest than what I currently am though my current credit union. I have a saving account with my current credit union that'd make about the same interest as Netbank, but this money would need to be able to be accessible. Is there any hidden fee on Netbank, do you have to have a direct deposit going into it? Any type of information would be appreciated. Thanks

Check out Presidential.com

I looked over presidential.com briefly, I liked their rates, but I'm not sure if they'll offer the frills like account downloads into MSMoney and things like that, I'll have to look alittle closer.
As far as Netbank, their supervalue checking is running around 1.7% but they charge a 3 dollar service fee for accounts over 500 and 9 for under 500. Not sure if I like that. They got a fee less checking account but the rate is around 1.2%. So on $1000 you'd get around 17 dollars - the $3 fee, so it's still overall better than the fee less account.

Decisions, decisions, let me check this presidential out alittle more.

I've used Netbank for 2 or 3 years now and have been very happy. I don't pay any monthly fees, so I must be on the 1.2% plan.
