If you believe becoming passive militarily guarantees peace, then yes, no Israeli has the right to ever be pissed off.

Israel's primary objective is self-preservation. There is so much violent hatred in the middle-east, the Israelis would be fools to chance their future on hope. They are leading their country down the path they believe best guarantees self-preservation.



My personal opinion, yes the Palestinian people are being oppressed by Israelis. But, the Palestinians are also being abused by leaders of neighboring countries, pushed into endless conflict so the neighboring leaders can remain in power and control their nation's citizens back home.
