Does anyone have experience with net privacy blockers like Orangatango, Seigesurfer, Megaproxy and others?

I've been using Megaproxy and it's not a full featured browser so many web pages don't appear correctly. The other 2 I mentioned charge fees for there usage beyond the trial periods. I don't mind having to play a nominal fee for my privacy but I'm just wondering which one works best, or if there are other better services out there that I have not found.
 
You can just disable cookies in IE. This might get locked soon, as it is not a hardware question. You might get better luck in the Software, Applications forum
