I dont know what is wrong with this thing. I have nero 6 and NerVision Express SE. When i was burning my first DVD I got this error (Image Link). What Could be wrong???

DVD Burner: DVD+RW-RW Drive
Blank Media: DVD+RW
Also Tried a DVD+RW but in another brand and got the same error.

After I hit OK in the error I got, I got another error: (Image Link) then I saved the text file, but it is very long and wouldnt be somthing to post in this thread. I just want to burn a simple DVD so I know that I can buy my DVD Recorder, then record off TV, then bring the DVD to the computer, edit the commercials out, then reburn back onto DVD. But I do not want to ask about that now, I just want to get a DVD to actually BURN! Thanks a lot

If no one knows what the problem is for Nero. Is there any other Free Software that will burn DVD's because I need to make this work before my 30 day return policy runs out on my DVD Recorder.

Is there anyone who is mature in this forum? I mean, WTF, if you just want to be a jackass make a jackass thread and go live there instead of dragging it here where help is needed. And kids who have nothing else to do but come onto forums and dick with people is not what I need right now.

I'm guessing that the responses were because Technical Support and Software are probably the appropriate categories to post this in.

Personally, I use http://www.deepburner.com/. Nero didn't seem to acknowledge my new DVD burner I purchased from Newegg, so I had to find alternatives.

Are you trying to burn an avi file or something like that to view on your dvd player? If so, I had that problem also, as have others and one way around it is to save the image to the hard drive then open up burning rom (video dvd) and add the files that you created to the video file.

It's two steps but you still get the menu and whatnot.
