I'd like to create a slipstream CD for my WIN XP Home with SP2. I read an excellent article at winsupersite. Everything was going great until I got to the end using Nero Burning ROM. I discovered they've taken their demo down and any older version I found on the net showed as expired on my machine. Is there an alternate demo program for creating a slipstream CD?

There are several free CD burning programs like DeepBurner and CD Burner XP that are similar to Nero. They will probably be able to do what you need, though it may be a little different than the instructions you are following.

What format is the slipstream CD in? There are several free programs that can burn ISO images to a CD.

Absolutely. AutoStreamer Excellent program. Much easier than doing it manually, not that there's anything wrong with doing it that way. 🙂 You still need a program that can burn the .ISO to disk and the programs that Blue Weasel have mentioned will work perfectly fine for you.
