when i burn something on Nero Burning Rom.. i click the burn button and Either Nero TAKes a very long time to load or either it says Nero is not responding? i am using Nero v.5 and using a ATAPI 52X24X52X CD-RW

Do you have the latest version of Nero?

You should try the Nero 5.5.9 version. It handles 52X drives better.
