Nero or Roxio?

Venturing a bit off dead center on topic (so sue me), which version of Nero 6 (or 7) would people reccommend for me. I liked 6.3 on a Win2k system, but it warns of incompatibility with WinXP. I burn mostly data and music CDs and data DVDs.
