I have burned many data cd's before with no problem with my dvd burner 4X speed.
And now I can not burn one sofware with Nero 6.3. it says when I am almost finished at 90% ERROR - could not perform end track. I checked on the internet but no help. What are the reason please help! Thanks!

Man, I wish I could help you but I have the same issue with my work computer. I couldn't find a damn thing online about it that was helpful. :(

I tried changing out burners so I know that's not it.

Bad media... try different brands; I recommend TDK or Maxell. Get one of those, and if it works, you know you have a defective batch of discs. If what you're using is spindle DVD-Rs, these can usually get damaged by improper storage (at the store and elsewhere, not your house necessarily)

Slow down your burn speed.
Try temp image to HD first before burning to disc rather than disc at once.
Otherwise, your media is bad.
