i have 2 burners on my computer,one is G which is a CD 52 x and a DVD player,and the other is H and is 16x DVD burner,when trying to back up my files in the H section in Nero v.7.203 its asking if i want to use H,and loads up OK,but when i command to BURN .......it is asking me which one to burn again ,and shows only G and image recorder.but H is absent,cant burn further.where is H?how to get it back.
on music burning ,both burners work good-no problems,what is wrong?thanks for your reply.
