Nero 6.6

the other day i was using nero to convert video files that i downloaded off the internet (anime in mpg and avi format) to dvd and i noticed that some of the subtitles got cut off from the bottom of the screen when i watched it on the tv. is there an option to compress the viewing window so that it will not be cut-off at the bottom? i tried to set the ratio to 4:3 but the same thing happened. i tried to look for the various options but since i am a new nero user i am not sure what to look for. can anyone help me out? thanks

I would suggest a tool that does the conversion exclusively rather than Nero. Nero has the converting option in there for convenience and is not meant to be the fix-all solution. Check dvdhelp.com for better tools that will do the job, then you can burn the output with Nero.
