Neons second time it has burned out and turned black??

WTF this sux. I have 12.37 volts at full load , this should be enough.

i dont want to put any neon again! it's burned just in 2 weeks, i dont know what went wrong here, may be i never shutdown my computer , that's way i burned the neon

i use the neon that usually people use for card audio system i dont know what can i call that neon

call them $hit! I am mad. I called the manufactuer and they said that this was the first problem like this that the saw. Now I think there full of $hit. what do you think?

yap, that's way i dont want to put a neon again in my system, never!!!! i must pay aud$55 bucks for one neon, and i burn 3 neon already, so i lost aud$165 just for neon
