I've installed a neon light in my case, and whenever it is switched on it interferes with the reception on my TV. My picture goes very snowy and fuzzy. Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone think of a way to stop it?

An AC line filter on your TV's outlet might help.
A few years ago I bought an Adcom ACE-515 line filter for my audio/video system, and I noticed that the TV screen would no longer fuzz out when my wife ran the vacuum cleaner.

Personally, I'd take the neon back and demand a refund as it is defective. Then I'd go and buy a different brand, or just use LEDs.

My neon don't do that. I would take it back, as suggested above. Sounds not good for your pc.
