Okay, Nelly Furtado's new song Promiscuous, my wife is saying that it's the "Song of the Summer" ( The song MOST everybody will be listening to this season)

What do you guys think? I didn't like it at first, but it's growing on me.
Plus she is pretty hot in the video,... shaking that ass,................ and stuff.

Yep. I said that like 3-4 weeks ago. Its the new "Thong Song" for 2006. I like it, but I'm not listening to it anymore because I know it'll be everywhere soon and if I listen I'll just get sick of it sooner.
 
she's pretty hot in the video and i understand the concept of her song/album being that she's this enlightened, self-aware sexual being... but to take such a drastic turn from her previous efforts was pretty much a slap in the face to her fans. she had pretty good crossover appeal before, but now it seems she's ditching that to bump up her soundscan numbers. but yes, its probably going to the hot summer song and she'll probably have the #1 album/single when they drop next week.
 
First time I heard it and yeah its hot.
Its already #2 on the billboard chart.

I always thought she was hot but her old image never try to reveal that.
I personally like the new look ,shaking those hips.

Anyone know why the Nash reference ??
Want to see if others have the same thinking as I do.

They are both Canadians that are actually being recognized for their talents outside of Canada is the reference

Yeah and when she sung live on the SYTYCD show, she said Dirk instead of Nash.

I turned it off and unpaused The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald about halfway through, because 1) the music sucks, and B) I couldn't understand a word either of them said.
