that show is so terrible... its ratings and awards boggle my mind (see also: Everybody Loves Raymond).

when crap like that stays on the air and Arrested Development gets canceled, I weep for us.

No, they just look alike. The actor on Malcom in the Middle is Christopher Masterson

I love HIMYM...can't wait for fall programming to start! And NPH is just all sorts of awesome - he was in Doogie Howser MD, Harold & Kumar, now he's on HIMYM - and for the Broadway fan in me, he's a pretty good singer with a decent relationship with Sondheim.

He was also in Proof (Broadway version not movie version). I saw that and it was great.
