In a liberal ZOO we give the worst offenders as many breaks as they can get away with. Look what happened in oakland, Calif last week when a serious repeat offender/rapist killed four cops. Now, let the selective indignation begin.
 
Well, in their shoes I'd set up video surveillance of my property, hire a lawyer and contact the local police for advice on how to get enough evidence to convict this guy. This would be after it became apparent that it would get worse. It would cost a lot, but worth it.

He was rather crafty hiring local kids to do his dirty work, but catch a few, make them talk and he's toast. At least now with the convictions, if he starts this BS again the cops will definitely pay attention (I would hope).
 
Wtf is wrong with this guy. At least other criminals commit crimes for some kind of personal gain. This guy is just insane.
