Neighbors play insanely loud music

Okay, so for the most part, my neighborhood is pretty quiet... all except for this one household. It's the house right behind mine, so I can see into their backyard from my bedroom. They play cultural music so unimaginably loud that I can feel my bed shake from it.

They are Cambodian, I believe, and don't speak much English. If they only did this on weekends, or stopped at a reasonable hour, I would mind so much. But they do it EVERY night until 1 or 2 in the morning. It is driving me insane and I don't know what to do about it.

We've called the police and filed complaints, but they never do anything about it. It's getting to the point where I'm considering burning their house down.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Rick Roll them.

You set up a trap so that when they walk out of the door the next morning, they walk into a wire that triggers your speakers you planted on the walkway next to their house to blast at full capacity, Rick Astley's masterpiece.

Handy with high voltage? I always thought the thing to do with loud neighbors would be to install a breaker in the line their house. Click, house dead. So simple, so satisfying.

Make a homemade flamethrower out of a Super Soaker and go to town on their house, but I'm not really suggesting this. Leave them a note?

Are you gonna take that? Go knock on their door and let them know that the western hemisphere is the dancinest hemisphere!

Find out if your city has a noise ordinance. If one exists you can pursue it through the cops (just keep on calling and refuse to hang up until they at least give you a report number or something). Sooner or later if you have a crap load of reports you have some proof that it's an ongoing problem and can complain either to a police superior or your town that it's an ongoing problem. This will take a LONG time.

Faster is to talk to them. Somebody there must speak enough english to understand what you'll tell them.

Ask your neighbors to turn it down.

We have before. No dice.

Is their a Noise Ordinance in place where you live by any chance?

No, and I live in an area where the police definitely have more important matters to be dealing with...

Are you sure?

Sometimes it's easier to just ignore the noise and go about your ways. It's not your concern.

Are you fucking kidding me? It's every single day, I can't even sleep because of it. I'd like YOU to live with it. Bloody imbecile.

Yes I am sure. My state isn't even on there.
