Everytime my neighbor's boyfriend (he's 17-19) comes up the driveway in his huge-ass truck he revs the engine RIGHT next to my bedroom window (our houses are pretty close together, and a small alley is in-between them). I've told the oldest son who lives there about how it pisses me off before, but he keeps doing it.

Just tonight now he stomped down about 3-4 times, the whole way past my house.

It's really pissing me off, anything I can do? It's a small town, would the police care? Might give them something to do tonight.

I think it would be rather obvious who planted it there...considering he KNOWS it's pissing me off.
 
How do you know, he knows? Maybe the brother didnt even mention it. Its a pretty frustrating postion for you to be in, but what if you just politely asked him to knock it off?

I don't really understand his reason for revving up the engine like that, especially right when he's passing my house.

I told the neighbor's son last week and now tonight he stomps on it 3-4 times while passing my house...just seems a little obvious he's trying to piss me off.
