Neighbors dog kills my cat; injures two others

We as you put it have not "pissed off the local police force" your pissing in the wind.

We have one cat that wanders not cat's and unlike the aforementioned dog that is not illegal and it is collared, tagged, licensed and spayed unlike the killing dog which was unleashed, uncollared, unattended, unlicensed and without rabies shots. Your pissing in the wind so hard your drinking your own urine

I'm very, very sorry to hear about your loss and the other wounded animals. I couldn't look at all the other pics. I had a cat for 17 years and she was part of the family. All my pets are like family.
