According to the probable cause statement, Morgan admitted to grabbing Breeann and carrying her inside his house as she stood on the ladder at the pool in his backyard on August 6, the day she went missing, CBS affiliate KFVS reports. Morgan then suffocated the girl using a white plastic trash bag. He also reportedly told police "he felt like it took an hour for the girl to die." He then put the her body in the same trash bag, drove to the floodway ditches of Hwy. 164 and threw her over the railing.

He could called child services and had the child removed and placed into a foster home. Now, his own kids are going to grow up fatherless.

First the one who's father has to bust down the door to save her from the perv, now this. I was affraid my kids would kill themselves if I didn't watch them until they were 5 or 6. And I have to say all three tried at some point, and thats without the help of any perv or sicko neighbors.

Trying to teach parents a lesson around the world to keep an eye on the kids by setting an example of what could happen and taking one for the team? yikes.
 
3 year olds can unlock doors and open doors and sneak out. They are capable in many ways but still not very smart compared to an adult.

All he had to do was take her home or call the police. The guy has problems. I cant believe he killed her for trespassing.
 
I can only hope there is a special level of Hell reserved for this sick POS.
At least a level or two below where Shorty is going🙁

It's kind of the truth. Well, not exactly. He could have just grabbed her and sent her back to the parent's home, where they would sue him for kidnapping.
