So, I had a trade with someone and the item is really messed up. I've been communicating with them, and they said that they would give me either a refund or a replacement. They promised to give me the answer weeks ago and are now ignoring me via PM, and E-Mail. This person has pretty much flawless heatware but this trade went bad.

Now, I want to leave him negative heatware but I'm afraid that he'll be a douche and leave me negative. What should I do?

Leave a negative, if he retaliates send the guy who runs heatware an email with evidence if possible.

Retaliatory negatives are not allowed. Contact him one last time and/or submit to mods for arbitration.

Otherwise it's negative and TrollHunters

Hey, that fleshlight was in perfect working condition when I sent it. :| You knew beforehand that it was stretched out a little bit.

I think he's pissed about the tapioca pudding that came with it.

Even if he does eventually make good I hope you rate him no more than a neutral. Frankly, I would probably still give him a negative. He has taken far too long to respond and caused you to waste time and effort to rectify something that should not have happened in the first place.
