Negative download speeds?!

CoolMon was just showing me that my Download rate (idle connection) was -0.13.

How does that work, exactly?

It doesn't update every .00000001 seconds, so if it is 100TB 1.000001 second and and .1KB the rest of that second one and onwards, it has to make readjustments to show why it didnt have the promised 200TB already

hey... the way i see it, binary is even more elementary than english.

all you need is 0's and 1's. it just doesn't get much simpler than that!
