Nef = a person who was banned for spamming, you can see a quote above.

Knowing that, you can logically assume neffing means spamming.
 
Dude didn't you have a thread saying you were bored and had been surfing since 8:30? I swear that was you. Please tell me you didn't get fired the same day as that thread.
