I'm building a new system and I'm buying the motherboard with cpu upgrade kit. Which of the two is better?:

P3-650E with ASUS CUV4X....can't go wrong with ASUS, although I personally prefer the P3V4X, and get a slotket. There is an additional DIMM slot on that board and you don't have to pay for the on-board audio.

P.S.

All P3 650 CPU's are Coppermines, which are preferred over the original P3 design, the Katmai. Coppermines have an improved memory cache architecture and the L2 cache is located on the CPU chip itself, which is why the CPU can be made in the FC-PGA (bare chip) format that fits in the Socket 370 connecter on the ASUS board.See:
