Neeed help!!!

Hey guys. I need some help. I just got my computer shipped back and i can say it is somewhat damaged. When i shipped it out it was just working fine.....but now when I got it back the heatsink fell off...was crushed and now its bent. I put everything back together as it would before i shipped it out and now when I turn on the comp the power just cuts off after 2-4 seconds. The power button and the motherboard light is still on (that green light on the motherboard) after it does the instant power off. I tried switching out a CPU and still no good. Its an Enermax 350 W PSU ( i know thats kinda small but ive been using it for awhile) So this thing powers on and keeps the motherboard light on and is able to turn it on for a few seconds. does that mean



1) the PSU is going out ----> Possibly but I was justing using it perfectly before i shipped it out

2) Something on the motherboard is damaged---> quite possible but as the lights are turning on I don't know

This is the 1st time I've ever encountered this instant shut off problem. Ive been working with comps since dos mode like most of you guys so I'm not ultra newb. Any help would greatly be appreciated.


So basically im trying to figure out what needs to be replaced.


I Shipped it out cuz I was working on the eastcoast, it was working fine. I just wanted my own computer over there.

1GB of high peformance Mushkin ram (PC 3200)
ATI AIW AGP 9700
WD raptor for main
Sound blaster audigy 2
