I want stable system. I am not gone mess with it untill someone can tell how. One other reason I don't want OC myself is I don't want to do something wrong and endup screw up the system. Please someone can help with OC. Thanks to anyone who can help.

well go into your bios and look for a setting that allows you to raise your frontside bus... raise it +5mhz higher at a time and then use prime95 tourture test to test your stability, raise your fsb until prime95 reports an error... then you have 2 choices... 1)Raise the core voltage SLIGHTLY!!! (it will be a setting near the frontside bus setting that will read vcore) or 2)turn your fsb down a notch and try again... best advice to give is to experiment... and dont go higher than 160fsb, also there is more than this to getting a totally stable system but that is the basic idea... also make sure you have good cooling of your cpu... you want temps of around 38c-50c try to keep it in that range... hope that helps ya out man
