Need your help on a movie quote

What movie and what actor and character says "Do it to it Larz!". A friend of mine is trying to stump me on movie quotes and she threw this at me and I have no idea what it's from.
 
1) suggest having her over for dinner and the movie in question
2) light the place with a few candles and make some light dinner with wine
3) ...
4) PROFIT!
 
Hmmm, I couldn't find it on google. Thanks though, the battle continues, even though I'm cheating, haha.

Lol, oddly enough she's an ex-g/f that I'm still friends with. She has a boyfriend, but she's been talking to me a lot the past few days. If I was her b/f I'd be pissed, but whatever, you'll get no complaints from me. 😉
