Need Wii game suggestion for 12 yr old

i got it narrowed to:
Lego Batman
Super Mario Galaxy
Zelda Twilight Princess

Batman is $15, the other two are $20 each.

I'm not one that thinks playing violent video games will lead a person to commit violent acts. But at 8 years old, games like that are going to have a pretty big influence on his developing psyche. If he is being allowed to play those games then I can only imagine what other influences are being let into his life. I feel sorry for the kid, I truly do.

What matters far more, and what we have no idea of, is how involved the parents are and what sort of guidance he's getting as he plays.

I grew up in an extremely conservative family. Sex/nudity was VERBOTEN, violence/gore was just fine. I saw Predator and Aliens at 6 years old, and they quickly became my favorite films, but I was taught the difference between reality and fantasy, and didn't end up speaking like Hudson, either.

Not every kid who grew up watching Power Rangers went around punching other kids. Some do, most didn't. I didn't. Parents have to be parents and decide what their children can handle, and how to handle it.

and when it comes to M games....well i consider 8 year is still a little to young fosr such stuff
