Ok, I'm looking into losing around 60 pounds and I want to do it the old fashioned way - cut calories and burn calories as well.. I'm currently 240 pounds - how many calories should I cut myself down to? I figured 2000 at first would be ok.. How many grams of fat should I consume? I'm planning on burning around 300-400 calories a day by walking/treadmill/running/etc.. Any pointers? Thanks!

www.bodybuilding.com is *THE* best out there. And while we're on topic, make sure you never EVER ask for work-out advice anywhere but there. I remember a thread here, where most people agreed that low-intensity cardio gives better results than high-intensity. *shivers* They would have been laughed at on bb.com :D
