Need Volume control, 3.5mm jack in, and a preamp. built into one

Ok guys I have a friend that wants to add music to 3 different rooms.

What hes looking to do



Source---->AMP------>Seperate Volume Control + a 3.5 mm Jack (preamp for 3.5mm jack)----->Speakers


This is so each room can have music in there but also give customers the choice to plug in a cellphone so they can play there own music.
So does anyone know of anything that will fit this setup. Please and thank you.

Ps. I have sound stuff online but nothing for going from an AMP to a volume control with a 3.5 mm jack
 
please guys if anyone has an option for this please let me know. I have only found volume switches with blue tooth and 3.5mm jacks.
 
Well the setup you are describing makes no sense. You can't put a preamp after the amp hence the name preamp. You can put in a volume control between source and amp without the need for a preamp. A cell phone is considered a source so it has be before the amp and preamp.
