Need Video Card Help on Dell Dimension 4500S PCI to AGP?

I got my Dell Dimension 4500S and it has a card cage connector which has room for 2 PCI cards. I was wondering since the card cage plugs into the motherboard, is there any way to get an AGP video card to work with it? Is there a card cage that I can buy that has the AGP option or am I stuck w/ PCI video cards? Is there any way to get AGP w/ this box? Here is a pic of what I am talking about
