I dunno... maybe Twilight's segment at the end? It doesn't give me chills.
The only song that can do that to me every time is The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku.

I remember that but the first thought, even though I know it's wrong, was "Dumbo's Circus" on "The Disney Channel" because I remember an episode where the characters were fighting over an accordion and ended up ripping it in two. It was a plushie/puppet show too, but Dumbo actually looked like Dumbo.
