Need upgrade advice

hi, i have a p2 266, 64megs of pc100 able ram, really old viper card, a voodoo1, ensoniq pci sound card, i'm thinking about a duron system.... and maybe that radeon 32 ddr... any suggestions?? i'm guesssing my budget is 400 bucks..... forgive me if i sound weird... i'm a little buzzed rite now.....

Thanks Tom3!!! yo, the only thing on my mind is if i go duron, i'll have to buy another mobo to get back to the intel side right? Or do u guys think this duron will last me a while?? i'm not even too sure what Watt my power supply is.. i might need a new one too... so, you guys think i'm gonna have to spend more than $400?

The Duron will last you for some time. Cause with that board, (The Asus A7V or Abit KT7), you can upgrade to a much faster TBird in few months time if you want.

As for the power supply, don't worry, i've already figured it in for you in my calculation. That calculation was done assuming that you want a new casing too, so if you're keeping your old casing, you'll have abit more money left over for the vid card.
