Need Tuner for XP:Home

I'm in the market for an internal TV tuner card for a PC I just built. Unfortunately, I did not invest in MCE, and am operating on XP:Home edition. Many of the tuner cards I've reviewed indicate that they work only with MCE. Furthermore, I need the card to include composite video inputs so that I may also attach a game console, and preferably an S-video input as well, though this is of secondary import. Are there any decent cards out there that meet with these specifications? Or, is it possible to use any of the cards designed for MCE w/ XP: Home without serious difficulty? Any answers and/or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Just to clear things up a bit, I don't require an S-video input, they're just nice to have. All I really need are the composite inputs.
