Need to remove thermal paste from bottom of CPU

Is a Q-Tip OK to use? I don't want to leave little threads all over the bottom of my CPU.

Get some sort of blower to blow it off. I use some of my camera cleaning stuff. IPA + Q-Tips plus one of my lens blowers would do the trick.

I keep a Giottos Rocket Blower in my desk for all of my computer cleaning needs. It's exactly what I used. I love that little guy.
