Need to recover saved password in OutLook Express

I got a new PC and I had outlook express setup with my own .com email addresses (Using Gmail as the host). I had the passwords saved in Outlook express, so I'd just click on the account, and load up the email. I don't remember those passwords for the life of me. Since I never had to type them again in 2 years. I wrote them down somewhere but I can't find it. And I can't seem to find a way to recover them.

Since outlook express has them saved, is there any way I can recover them with some software or anything?

Any help would be great
