Need to make my Christmas List. Help on ideas!

Ok, I normally buy everything I need so its hard to make a list. It seems that every year at Christmas I spend $500+ on others and get them nice gifts.. but mine are always crappy and they end up at Goodwill within a year. Especially clothing. I know I know, it's all about giving, etc. etc. Anyway, help me come up w/ a list for my fiancee's family. They're asking what I want and to be honest I can't think of anything but money or gift cards. That way I don't get poop for Xmas and it actually goes towards something worthwhile. Just throw me some ideas and maybe some will catch my eye!

gift cards are a cop out

my suggestion is to make an Amazon wish list with stuff ranging from cheap to expensive. People can look you up and get what you want in their price range.

yeah but i don't know what to buy anyone anymore. my niece is easy but my mom, dad, and sister are hard to buy for.
