need to make an installer

I created a .dot file template thing that has a toolbar and now i need to make a installer for it so people at work who are dumb can just dbl click the .exe file and it will install the .dot file on their pc for word and i think it needs to be added to their normal.dot file.

can anyone help me with this issue?
