Need to make a quick decision on a 24 pin psu

I want the best price/performance 24 pin psu and it needs to be under $80 was looking at the coolermaster but it suddenly jumped $20 in price. Need some feedback soon thx for the help.

Silverstone ST46F (actually made by Enhance). Very good for the money. It's supposed to have a 24-pin connector per Silverstone's web site - perhaps you will need to check with Newegg to be sure. I know it's a bit over, but anything better will probably cost more.
. I also just noticed this one X-Clio 450 I found out it's actually made by Channel Well (they also make Antec PSUs and the guts to some PC Power & Cooling units). Though I personally don't care for split rails, this one looks like a REALLY HOT BUY! Follow the product link down on the left side of newegg's full description page - quite an array of connectors... Looks like Newegg is OOS on the 450 right now, due in tomorrow. But they do have the 480 - also an excellent choice.

Im gonna be ordering today should i go with the xclio or coolermaster. I cant decide maybe one is more suitable for my system?

System Specs:
Gigabyte K8NF-9 Motherboard
AMD 64 3000+ 939
Soon to be Kingmax/Geil DDR 500 2x512mb
Radeon x800xl
Samsung 120gb 8mb HD
1 DVDRW
1 CDROM
6 Fans

The X-Clio has active Power Factor Correction - I've never seen a 450W PSU at that price point with it. Anc Channel Well has been making excellent PSUs far longer than Real Power (who actually makes the CoolerMaster). The efficiency number is a red herring. At full power, the efficiency is on the downward side of its curve (peak eff is usually at around 70% of full power output) - who knows where on the curve the CM is rated.
