Need to know which cooler is the best for my Cheetah SCSI HD....

I have found the best cooler to be my Antec case.
The HD cage has a fan in the front that draws cold air from outside and blows it over all the HD's.
My HD's when i open my case now are cold to the touch 🙂
I feel this be better than a HD cooler which just uses the air from inside your case.
